Dr L B Kong Transport Planner China Academy of Urban Planning & Design
Dr Kong is the principal Transport Planner in the Urban Transport Center (UTC) and the China Academy of Urban Planning & Design. He has extensive experience in transport planning, policy study, traffic modelling and computer software development in China. He is now responsible for transport software development of UTC, and has been involved in many major projects of UTC. He has been practicing or responsible traffic modelling, transport planning on more than 10 significant projects. He has directed transport strategy, traffic engineering design, traffic model developing and freight planning study.
