Speaker:Mr Fred Brown Chief Executive Officer MVA


Fred Brown is Chief Executive Officer of The MVA Group and Managing Director of MVA Hong Kong and Asia Limited, an international transport and management consultancy organisation. Mr Brown has over 25 years worldwide experience and has taken a leading role in integrated land use/transport development including the Central and West Kowloon Airport Railway Station Developments, regional and urban renewal plans in Hong Kong, the “One North” Technocity in Singapore; Beijing new Central Business District; and Putrajaya in Malaysia. Mr Brown has promoted rail, people mover systems and pedestrian oriented development in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Europe.
